WHAT IS MBSR?

MBSR, or Mind Body Spirit Release, is a holistic approach that delves into emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being alongside physical health. By addressing these interconnected aspects, MBSR aims to identify and release detrimental imprints, limiting beliefs, and stressors stored in the subconscious mind and body.

Once these blocks are identified, they are cleared using techniques like cold laser therapy over acupressure points to calm the nervous system response and release negative imprints stored in the subconscious.

MBSR facilitates the release of stored negative emotions and toxins, allowing the body to heal more efficiently.
